How to Transfer Metronet Tech Home To NRTC

Effective March 31, 2022, Metronet will be discontinuing the Metronet Tech Home products.

At that time, use of the product, any associated online and mobile apps, and applicable billing will be terminated.

Metronet wants you to stay safe online, and you do have the option to continue using these services by contacting NRTC Managed Services to transfer your account directly to them. If you transfer services, there will be no interruption in your Tech Home service and no need to reinstall any software. To transfer your services, simply call the NRTC at 888-725-4838. For any other product or billing questions, you can also contact NRTC at ms-billing@nrtc.coop.

If you do not want to transfer your existing service to NRTC, no action is required on your part and your existing Tech Home services will expire automatically on March 31, 2022.
