To qualify for this offer, you must enroll in AutoPay via ACH within 60 calendar days of the date of your fiber installation. You must select AutoPay via ACH (checking or savings account); offer not valid with AutoPay via a credit/debit card. Only one statement credit per account. Upon qualification, you will see your statement credit within 1-2 billing cycles after the first successful ACH payment.
